The Tampa Bay Buccaneers already added a running back and a cornerback in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

With the 63rd pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected Auburn cornerback, Carlton Davis.

Barring another deal by Jason Licht, the Bucs are done for day two and have brought in quite the haul.

Following a trade with the New England Patriots, Tampa secured their pick at the end of the second round and secured an additional pick in the fourth round.

This gives the team two selections in the fourth round of this year’s draft.

While many fans were a bit confused by the trade, remember, talent like Kwon Alexander was found in the fourth round and now the Bucs have two chances of finding another while still keeping a second round pick.

The good news of this pick is that it just about ensures Vernon Hargreaves will be staying inside when the team picks back up from where he left off in 2017.

Now, presumably heading in to day three, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have addressed  a lot of needs with some interesting talents.

Setting their latest selection with first-round defensive tackle Vita Vea, Ronald Jones and M.J. Stewart, Jason Licht has effectively maneuvered the roster into a very good position.

It’s been a fun couple of days and we aren’t done yet. Keep it tuned in to the Pewter Plank and Locked on Bucs podcast to catch all there is to say about what the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are doing, and will do.
