Defensive tackles –Gerald McCoy, Beau Allen, Vita Vea, Mitch Unrein (4)

Defensive ends – Jason Pierre-Paul, Vinny Curry, Noah Spence, Will Clarke, William Gholston (5)

With Noah Spence, a no-show during the preseason, William Gholston’s stock has gone up. He has played out of position at defensive tackle due to injury and has seen plenty of snaps throughout the preseason. Nine defensive linemen is a lot, but Vita Vea and Mitch Unrein haven’t seen the field much, if at all.

Linebackers – Lavonte David, Kwon Alexander, Kendell Beckwith, Adarius Taylor, Jack Cichy, Nigel Harris (6)

The last two linebacker spots remain open. Jack Cichy and Nigel Harris get the nod here as Cichy has made a substantial impact on special teams. Keep an eye out for Riley Bullough and Cameron Lynch, who will try to latch onto the roster.
