48. . Wide Receiver. (2014-present). Mike Evans. 14. player

The second to last active Buccaneers player on this list is none other than the No. 1 receiver on the roster, Mike Evans. Standing at 6-foot-5, Evans is one of the tallest, and one of the best aerial receivers in the league.

Evans is to a tee the “throw it up and he will come down with it” type. He has been a huge part of the Buccaneers offense since his entry in the league in 2014 out of Texas A&M..

In only four seasons with the team, Evans stands in at third all-time in team history with 4,579 yards. Yet to fail at reaching 1,000 yards per season, Evans is poised to pass Kevin House and Mark Carrier to become the franchise’s leading receiver. Barring an injury, it seems all but a guarantee that he does so at some point in the 2018 season.

I know, he has not spent as much time with the team as some other members on this list, but his body of work during his stint is what sets him apart. With a handful of more top-tier seasons in Tampa Bay, Evans will find himself on the brink of being a top-10 player in franchise history sooner rather than later. That is how talented he is.

Posting four-consecutive 1,000-yard seasons is something nobody else in Tampa Bay history has accomplished. There is no sign he will stop doing it anytime soon. Evans is one of the best receivers in the league today, and it is only fair that he tops all other receivers on this list. Most fans can agree, everyone wants to see what he can do under the lights in an important playoff game. Hopefully, we won’t have to wait too much longer.
