Bruce Arians

A big fan of Winston, Bruce Arians could make a return to the sideline and get his hands on a young quarterback to develop.

Arians had plenty of success as a head coach. In his interim appearance with the Indianapolis Colts in 2012, he won the AP Coach of the Year Award. He followed that up by taking home the award in his second season in Arizona.

He was never able to get the Cardinals to the promised land, but Arizona only finished under .500 once in his tenure.

The question with Arians will be his health and age. Arians stepped down from coaching for those reasons a year ago, so it may be a tough sell for him to head to a reclamation project in Tampa.
