OC Matt LaFleur (Tennessee Titans)

Before Matt LaFleur’s current job with the Tennessee Titans, he worked closely next to a pair of the best young minds in the game in Kyle Shanahan and Sean McVay.

LaFleur was brought to Washington by Shanahan to be the quarterbacks coach and helped develop Kirk Cousins and Robert Griffin III. He later would land the offensive coordinator position on McVay’s staff. His lone year in Los Angeles propelled him to his current role with the Titans.

His close relationships with the top offensive minds in football can only benefit him in his quest to become a head coach. If the Buccaneers are looking to find a coach in the mold of Shanahan or McVay, LaFleur is the obvious choice.
