OC Todd Monken (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

The only logical in-house hire, Todd Monken could be an upgrade from head coach Dirk Koetter. It would be a shock if the organization hired someone on the current staff, but Monken deserves an interview.

He has found success as the offensive play-caller this season and would likely find another job quickly if the Bucs next coach decides to clean house.

No team in the NFL has gained more yards than the Buccaneers this season (458.5/game). The difference with him making the play calling decisions compared to Koetter is apparent. His future may not be in Tampa Bay, but he will land on his feet and continue to succeed at the pro level.
