For the most part, the Buccaneers look to be in good shape for their Week 15 game against the Ravens, but one position could be thin on Sunday.

The Buccaneers released the first injury report for their Week 15 matchup against the Ravens. Tampa Bay entered the week healthier than they have been of late.

DeSean Jackson was forced to sit out of practice again on Wednesday. The Athletic’s Greg Auman reported that Jackson has been dealing with the injury for a long time. He also mentioned the Jackson couldn’t squeeze the ball with his injured hand.

Again, the Bucs appear to be dealing with multiple injuries on the defensive side of the ball. Safeties Justin Evans and Isaiah Johnson were both held out of practice as well.

On the positive side, Carlton Davis practiced after he was forced to miss the past two contests. The rookie performed reasonably well in a significant role at outside corner.

Demar Dotson, Gerald McCoy, and Jason Pierre-Paul all practiced in a limited capacity. Each veteran has received rest throughout the season, so unless something changes later in the week, they all should be good to go against Baltimore.

For the Ravens, plenty of players didn’t practice on Wednesday, but it was mostly just veteran’s rest. Eric Weddle, Marshal Yanda, and Michael Crabtree also sat out but had no injury designation.

Still, the Ravens have some key players who were unable to go as well. Defensive backs Marlon Humphrey, Tavon Young, Tony Jefferson, and Andy Levine did not participate.

Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco put in a full practice, but Lamar Jackson seems to have taken over as the starter. Jackson has impressed with his legs and his arm. Baltimore put the Chiefs to the test last week and will pose a significant threat to the Bucs.
