Sit ’em

WR Chris Godwin

After a five catch, 101-yard performance Chris Godwin has disappeared over the past two weeks. Winston has targeted the second-year wideout 13 times during that stretch, but Godwin only caught one pass for 13 yards.

It’s not worth playing Godwin this week. He needs to prove his value as a FLEX with a strong game against Dallas.

TE Cameron Brate

Brate made the most of his receptions against the New Orleans Saints back in Week 14. He snagged two touchdowns passes for his only receptions of the day. However, he was a non-factor against Baltimore.

With a player as touchdown dependent as Brate, look for another option on the waiver wire.

WR DeSean Jackson

After missing the past three games with a hand injury, DeSean Jackson could suit up for Sunday’s contest.

Even if he is able to go, it’s probably best to keep Jackson on the bench as he was quiet even before the hand issue. His last 15-plus point performance in PPR format was back in Week 8.

WR Adam Humphries

Humphries has come back down to Earth from a fantasy standpoint. He has caught four passes in each of his last two contests, but without a touchdown, he is a single-digit performer.

If you are looking for a high floor guy, then perhaps Humphries makes sense in your lineup. But looking for anything more than FLEX production isn’t realistic against the stout Dallas defense.
