What went wrong for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this season? In a disappointing season, issues in the coaching staff and both sides of the football held a talented roster back.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers entered the 2018 season as underdogs. From a national perspective, the Bucs were nothing more than afterthoughts. A team filled with talent, but questionable coaching and quarterback play would hold them back.

Tampa Bay proved everyone wrong to open up the year. They created a formula that could lead to success throughout the season if they could replicate it.

Quickly, the Bucs proved that the start of the season was nothing more than a fluke. The turnover bug hit the offense, and a weak Tampa Bay defense couldn’t stop a nosebleed.

In the middle of the season, Tampa Bay would lose seven of eight games. A streak like that would doom any team. For the Bucs, it was just the beginning to another double-digit losing season.

But as always, hindsight is 20/20.
