The head coaching carousel is spinning at a ridiculous rate. Three head coaches have already been linked to the Buccaneers, according to reports.

Alex Marvez of SiriusXM NFL Radio reported that there is legitimate interest for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to bring in former Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians for a head coaching interview.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport also tweeted that he texted Arians and Arians said that he would listen to an offer from Buccaneers’ general manager Jason Licht.

This was big news because back in November, Arians said that he would only come back if the Cleveland Browns offered him a job.

Arians must have changed his in the last month or so. Hopefully, he would welcome working in Tampa Bay with a talented offense.

Marvez also mentioned the names of former Detroit Lions head coach Jim Caldwell and former Oakland Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio. Marvez said they are potential candidates for the head coaching job.

Del Rio and Caldwell would bring experience to the Buccaneers. Both have had multiple jobs as the head man in the NFL.

The Bucs tried their hand with Dirk Koetter, a successful coordinator. To see the names of former head coaches could be a signal that Tampa Bay wants a candidate with experience.

Caldwell reached the playoffs four times throughout his tenure as the coach of the Colts and Lions.  He finished under .500 just twice in seven seasons. However, his teams rarely took the next step to become Super Bowl contenders.

In Del Rio’s case, he has made the postseason on three occasions in 12 years as a head coach. He took the upstart Raiders to the postseason in 2016, but an injury to Derek Carr ended their season.

Del Rio was unable to rekindle the success in 2017, and he was canned. Both coaches took the 2018 season year off and could be ready for a return.

Another name to keep an eye on his New England Patriots defensive coordinator Brian Flores. According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Bucs will request to interview him. He has a history with Licht.

The Bucs are gathering information and this point, and the interview process will begin to pick up soon.

For now, keep an eye on all of these names being linked to Tampa Bay because they could be the ones coming in for interviews in the coming days and weeks.
