OC Freddie Kitchens – Cleveland Browns

Freddie Kitchens has become a popular coordinator after he helped kickstart the Cleveland Browns offense once they canned Hue Jackson.

With rookie sensation Baker Mayfield in tow, he helped bring Cleveland its most exciting season in years. To take a team that struggled mightily on offense, and make them a legitimate threat is a significant feat.

As Bruce Arians gains more and more steam among Tampa Bay fans, Kitchens could be the closest thing the Bucs get to the former Arizona Cardinals head coach.

Kitchens spent five seasons with Arians as the running backs and quarterbacks coach of the Cardinals. If Arians enjoys the retired life and turns down an offer from the Bucs, perhaps  Licht will turn to his protege.

Plus, Kitchens earned an interview for the Browns head coaching position. He will get his chance to show why he deserves a job.
