Offensive coaches
OC/Passing Game Coordinator: Byron Leftwich
Leftwich joined Arians in his last season at Arizona. Leftwich is a rising star in the coaching ranks and Arians has all of the confidence in the world in him. He had his first experience as a play-caller last season and will have the same role with Tampa Bay. A former quarterback, he could be a great mentor for Jameis Winston.
Running game coordinator: Harold Goodwin
Goodwin has followed Arians at every stop of his career since Pittsburgh. A trusted assistant, he will help Leftwich develop a rushing attack, something Tampa Bay desperately needs. He also has vast experience coaching the offensive line.
Quarterbacks coach: Clyde Christensen
He began his NFL career way back in the late 90s when head coach Tony Dungy hired him to be the Buccaneers’ tight ends coach. He has spent the rest of his career at the professional level, serving as a wide receivers coach, to a quarterbacks coach and even offensive coordinator on a few occasions. Another great mentor for Winston, Christensen has a tremendous resume.
Offensive line coach: Joe Gilbert
Change in plans on offensive line for new Bucs staff under Bruce Arians: Sean Kugler will not be the offensive line coach, but former Colts and University of Arizona assistant Joe Gilbert has agreed to terms instead.

Tight ends coach: Rick Christophel
Christophel was with Arians way back in his days with Mississippi State. Fast forward 25 years, and he is back in a similar role in Tampa Bay. Christophel will have a talented tight end group to work with. He filled the same position with Arians in Arizona for his entire tenure there.
Wide receivers coach: Kevin Garver
According to ESPN’s Josh Weinfuss, Kevin Garver will be the Buccaneers new wideouts coach. He was with Arians in Arizona.
Running backs coach: Todd McNair
Former USC assistant Todd McNair has joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers staff as the running backs coach. McNair, still suing the NCAA, hasn't had a college or pro job since 2010. https://t.co/4ypq4nfFAs
