The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hired Bruce Arians to become their next head coach. He had an impressive press conference on Thursday, and he has already built an impressive staff of coaches.
However, the coaches and front office will begin work in what will be a busy offseason for Tampa Bay. They must assess the current roster to see if Arians has any recommendations for general manager Jason Licht.
Odds are, the Buccaneers are going to find plenty of holes on a roster that went 5-11 in 2018. The Bucs have problems up front on both sides of the ball. Questions will arise at the tackle position, and the disaster at right guard must be handled.
On the defensive side, the secondary needs talent. Whether it be at cornerback or safety, Tampa Bay should look high and low for help.
