Buccaneers 7-round Mock Draft Championship Sunday Edition
By Ryan Doyle
For an offense that put up the numbers that Tampa Bay did last season, it seems odd that they had so many problems along the offensive line.
Right guard will need to be addressed at some point in the offseason but finding a longterm solution at offensive tackle will be high on the list of priorities. With left tackle, Donovan Smith set to hit free agency, and Demar Dotson entering his age 34 season, tackle will soon be one of the most significant question marks on the roster.
West Virginia’s Yodny Cajuste projects to be a left tackle, but with his strength, he could slide into the right side if the Bucs want to move him over to the blindside in a year or two.
As Jameis Winston enters a pivotal fifth season in red and pewter, the Buccaneers need to make sure he has quality protection. There cannot be any questions about Winston’s ability with free agency on the horizon.
