Nasir Adderley S Delaware

Another prospect in the secondary is FCS safety Nasir Adderley from Delaware, who is slotted to the Green Bay Packers with the 30th pick in this mock draft. If the Raiders decide they want to move on from Derek Carr and enter into a total rebuild and deconstruction, the Bucs could reasonably expect the 24th and 27th pick plus some more draft assets in return for the fifth overall pick. If Tampa Bay is able to land both of those picks, Adderley would be in play with one of them.

Although he comes from a small school, Adderley has a bulky stature that fits the mold of a Todd Bowles safety, listed at 6’0 and 200 pounds. With Bowles molding Pro Bowlers such as Jamal Adams and Tyrann Mathieu, Adderley has potential to be the next name mentioned in his list of safeties. After an impressive

Senior Bowl, his stock has been on the rise and he hopes to be the second first rounder from the Blue Hens selected next to Joe Flacco. With Chris Conte heading into free agency after a season-ending ACL injury, the Bucs will be in the market for a big time upgrade at safety, and Adderley certainly fits the bill for Tampa Bay.
