With the NFL Combine less than a week away, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers get an opportunity to evaluate their big board; here is the weekly 7-round mock draft.

Here it is, the week of the Combine, and the third volume of the 7-round mock draft for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Last week, the Bucs netted linebacker Devin White in addition to injured Jeffery Simmons, and rising cornerback Justin Layne. Again, the point of these drafts is to identify players that could be on the board of Jason Licht and his team. With the fifth overall pick, the Buccaneers have the potential to infuse elite talent into their roster or add a large haul of assets.

Hot. Names to keep an eye on at the Combine. light

The team needs, however, do not change from a week-to-week basis. The Buccaneers still have massive holes in their secondary, along their offensive line, and may need to replace their linebacker and running back. While trading back and gathering assets is probably the best option for Tampa Bay in order to collect assets and add even more talent to their roster.

In the first version, the Bucs landed Jawaan Taylor, a player that makes a lot of sense at the fifth overall pick, should the team stay in the top five. Then last week, as mentioned earlier, Devin White was drafted in last week’s volume. Who will the Bucs target in the third version of The Pewter Plank’s weekly mock draft?
