Oli Udoh

Another small school offensive tackle that has visited with the Buccaneers is Elon’s Oli Udoh. Udoh going to need some time to sit, learn, and mold before being thrust into action, but if the plan is to redshirt him for a year, then he could be a great candidate to replace Dotson in 2020.

Udoh put on a show at the Shrine game and continued to turn heads when he went to Indianapolis for the combine. Measuring in a gigantic 6’5½ and 323 pounds, Udoh also ranked in the 87th percentile in arm length with over 35 inch arms. He ran the same time as Howard in the 40 yard dash at 5.05 seconds, but tested more athletic than him across the board.

Again, Udoh is raw and needs to sharpen his technique in order to prevent getting beat at the next level. If he can sit and learn from Dotson before taking over at right tackle, he has all of the tools to be an elite NFL tackle.

It will take a day-three pick to get Udoh to Tampa Bay, as he has been mocked anywhere from the fourth round to the sixth. It would fantastic value if he were on the board when the Buccaneers came back on the board in the fifth round.
