The 2019 NFL Draft is here, and to celebrate is glorious day, here is the final 7-round mock draft for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Today is the day! The 2019 NFL Draft is finally here, and to celebrate we bring you one more 7-round mock draft at the buzzer for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After picking up Vernon Hargreaves’ fifth-year option, the team will roll with him and second-year player Carlton Davis on the outside at cornerback, eliminating a team need until later in the draft.
With the defensive talent in this year’s draft class remaining other worldly, the Buccaneers are expected to heavily address that side of the football this weekend and add substantial youth, talent, and depth to their roster. With their biggest holes along the defensive front, where next to no quality depth exists, Tampa Bay could look to fill those gaps early.
Offensively, the Buccaneers will be looking to add Demar Dotson’s replacement for 2020 when the aging veteran’s contract expires after this season. Tampa Bay will also be looking to add a new toy for Jameis Winston and weapon to their offense in the form of another running back or wide receiver.
The popcorn is ready, the stage is set, all there is left to do is the drafting. In anticipation for the actual draft, here is the final 7-round mock draft for the Buccaneers.
