Chris Godwin, WR

Godwin was one sleeper targeted in all of my fantasy leagues season and used my final pick on him more than once. Godwin was not the most consistent player to have on your roster but offered a ton of upside based on the matchup and if Desean Jackson was playing or not.

Godwin went on to finish his second season with 59 catches for 842 yards and seven touchdowns. Godwin was more often than not the third of fourth option in the offense but managed to put up a very productive season.

Bucs head coach Bruce Arians has talked about the breakout potential expected for Godwin this season now that he is the clear WR2 behind Mike Evans. Godwin is currently projected to be the WR24 overall by ESPN’s Matthew Berry.

Godwin is primed for double digit touchdowns this upcoming season and should easily reach the 1,000 yard mark as well. With the expectation of Winston progressing further and the departure of Desean Jackson we should see a major season from Godwin and he will be a household name among the fantasy community.
