Mike Evans will be named an All-Pro for first time

Somehow to this point in his five-year career, Evans has yet to be named as an All-Pro, and has only made two Pro Bowls in his career. In 2019, Evans will be named as an All-Pro for the first time and post even more gaudy numbers than he did a year ago.

Evans put up a career year in 2018, even though he had to play through the uncertainty of who would be under center on a week-to-week basis. With Winston as the full time starter this year, a guy he has plenty of chemistry with, Evans will thrive under Arians’ offensive system that will ask him to make plays down the field early and often.

This will not be a problem for Evans who recorded the second most receiving yards on deep balls last season. A year ago, Evans tallied over 1,500 yards and eight scores on 86 catches; he set a career-high in yards, and posted his second best season catch-wise as well.

Evans will not see a decrease in targets, and if Winston is more consistent, then there is no reason to believe Evans will not see an increase in production. This increase in production will lead to Evans being named as an All-Pro for the first time ever in 2019.
