Wide Receivers

Wide receiver is my favorite fantasy position for the Buccaneers for the 2019 season. Mike Evans has proven to be a true WR1 after being one of the most consistent at his position since coming into the league. Evans is currently the WR7 right behind Ju-Ju Smith Schuster and right ahead of Antonio Brown and on average is the first pick of the third round.

Evans is in the second tier of WR1s so selecting him in the mid to late 2nd round or early third is a great value. Evans has shown regardless of who’s under center he can he counted on and you should feel comfortable with Evans as your teams WR1.

Chris Godwin is the fantasy sleeper that seems to now be a fan favorite as the season inches closer and closer. Godwin is coming off of a career year and is now poised for a huge breakout. Bruce Arians has mentioned how excited he is for Godwin this season and expects big things from him.

Godwin will be the WR2 on the offense that expects to be passing a ton so opportunity will be plentiful. Godwin is currently the WR24 and is being selected with the eighth pick of the sixth round. Both players have tremendous upside and should see career highs in targets.
