Tight End

The position that more often than not gives fantasy football owners headaches is tight end and it’s because the position is incredibly inconsistent. This year there is a clear cut top three players that make up the elite tier one. Travis Kelce, George Kittle And Zach Ertz are likely to all be selected at some point in the 2nd round. The next wave of tight ends expected to come off the board come a few rounds later.

Guys like Evan Engram, Hunter Henry and O.J. Howard are to be included in the second tier of fantasy tight ends. Of those three players, Engram should have the best chance at jumping into the elite tier because of his opportunity for targets in the New York Giants offense but O.J. Howard isn’t far behind him.

Howard has shown serious flashes of elite potential but was slowed down with an injury to finish last season. Howard will be the third target more often than not in this Bucs’ offense but with the amount of pass attempts Jameis should take there’s plenty to go around.

Juice does not have the target share like an Engram but he is incredibly talented and should continue to improve off of last seasons strides. If you can’t snag one of the top three guys look to Howard as a potential breakout.
