EA Sports released their Madden 20 ratings today and many of the ratings for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers raised eyebrows and caused confusion.

Madden 20 player ratings are now released, and needless to say, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are not thought highly of with only two players in the 90s and multiple players ranked in the 60s or below who are projected starters. Here are all of the most notable Buccaneers and their rankings in the game set to release next month.

With this ratings come a ton of generated thoughts, feelings, and emotions. The purpose of this article is to identify a player who is surprisingly high, one who is low, what the strongest and weakest positions are, and overall thoughts and reactions. The Buccaneers enter the 2019 season off of back-to-back 5-11 seasons, so the national attention and view on them is generally low until they prove otherwise.

With new head coach Bruce Arians at the helm, the Buccaneers could surprise some people this year, including the graders at EA Sports who have given them the short end of the stick. It will be interesting to see where these Buccaneers rank at the end of the season compared to where EA Sports has them rated at this point with training camp less than two weeks away.

Here are some overall reactions and ratings that standout from EA Sport’s release of the Madden 20 ratings for the Buccaneers.
