To cap off the offseason, Bruce Arians talked to the media before beginning his first training camp as head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The offseason is over and training camp has finally arrived for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On Sunday the rookies reported, and now today the vets have arrived and the first practice starts tomorrow.

It has been a long offseason consisting of a ton of change to personnel and staff, including former first round pick and long time Buc Gerald McCoy. There has also been a handful of meaningful additions such as defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and first round pick Devin White.

Today, Bruce Arians talked to the media before his first camp as the new head coach of the Buccaneers. His press conference ranged from a variety of topics, from undrafted free agent utility player Nick Fitzgerald missing time after pulling his hamstring playing beach volleyball, to no music during practice.

There were also much more meaningful topics covered by Arians at his introductory press conference that pertain to the immediate future of the Buccaneers. Here are three major takeaways the man now steering the ship in Tampa Bay as Arians stood in front of the media.
