The preseason is over, the Buccaneers have cut down their roster to 53 players, and the regular season is set to begin; here are positions still in need.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have finalized their 53-man roster, but have not made any roster moves thus far on the waiver wire. This is a puzzling move considering the Buccaneers had the fifth highest waiver priority in the league and a roster that lacks depth on multiple fronts.

As the San Francisco 49ers are set to come to Raymond James Stadium in less than one week, the Buccaneers are looking to improve upon back-to-back 5-11 seasons. Bruce Arians is set to make his debut as the head coach of the Buccaneers, with Todd Bowles and Byron Leftwich controlling the two sides of the ball as the defensive and offensive coordinators respectively.

After injuries and cutdowns, the Buccaneers need to add depth to their young roster. They are left on thin ice should more injuries or sub-par play strike them in this 2019 season for the Buccaneers.

Here are four positions that the Bucs must consider visiting the waiver wire and free agency in order to make some upgrades to and add some depth to their roster.
