Week 4 @ Los Angeles Rams

This matchup against the Los Angeles Rams begins the run of games for seven weeks away from Raymond James, and will be one of the toughest to start this stretch against the defending NFC Champions. This rivalry will still continue and will be a  very hard task for the Bucs to win against one of the NFL’s elite franchises right now along with New England and New Orleans.

Right now what we think will happen and what will actually happen are definitely two different things. Expect the Bucs to compete and rough up Rams’ quarterback Jared Goff and contain running back Todd Gurley, but our offensive line will struggle to keep Aaron Donald away from Jameis Winston.

Rams Win 32-21 (2-2)

Week 5  @ New Orleans

The Buccaneers opened their season last season by tearing apart the over-hyped New Orleans Saints’ defense. This season, expect the Buccaneers to fight hard against New Orleans again as this matchup is always a tough game no matter if it’s in New Orleans or Tampa.

The keys to this game are for the Bucs to contain Pro Bowlers Drew Brees, Micheal Thomas & Alvin Kamara as much as possible in order to limit their playmakers from scoring on explosive plays. This one feels like the last meeting as a shoot out and could come down to whoever has the football last. Bucs have had good success the last four meetings with the Saints, going 3-1 so this success could continue here.

Bucs Win Shootout 38-34 (3-2)
