After a long offseason and a preseason of positional battles, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have updated their depth chart ahead of their game vs. the 49ers.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released their unofficial depth chart today after the final cutdowns and ahead of their week one matchup with the San Francisco 49ers. There are few surprises on the offensive side of the ball, but a few positions jumped off the page on the defensive side of the ball.

The Buccaneers have made minimal changes to their roster after their final 53-man cutdown as they have only claimed one player off of waivers. This waiver claim led to the release of second year defensive lineman Pat O’Conner after he put together a solid performance in the preseason.

With one of the youngest rosters in the league and with a new head coach in his first year with the team, the Buccaneers could be in for a long season. It will be up to the youngsters on this roster to step up and make big time plays and for the veterans to lead the locker room if the Buccaneers want to see success in 2019.

Here is a breakdown on all three sides of the football from the Bucs’ release of their first regular season depth chart ahead of week one.
