In an attempt to cheer up the faithful of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after a disappointing loss, here is a mock draft of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Well, week one of the regular season did not go as planned for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after a disappointing 31-17 defeat at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers. To cheer up a bit, mock draft Monday is here as some more college prospects can be identified as potential future Buccaneers in order to fill holes along their roster in the 2020 NFL Draft.

The offensive line was a tale of two stories yesterday for the Buccaneers as, on the ground they were able to clear a path and give Ronald Jones and Peyton Barber lanes to run. However while attempting to protect Jameis Winston, the Buccaneers struggled mightily as rookie Nick Bosa made veteran Donovan Smith look like the rookie in that matchup.

Defensively, the Buccaneers may want to consider adding more depth to their front five as Ndamukong Suh and Shaquil Barrett signed only one year deals, and Carl Nassib is entering the last year of his contract as well. The secondary is young, and played relatively well, so the Buccaneers (for once) could probably avoid adding a player at cornerback and safety in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Here is this week’s addition of mock draft Monday for the Buccaneers after a week one meltdown in Raymond James Stadium. The Buccaneers only have six picks as they traded their seventh round pick in 2020 and wide receiver DeSean Jackson to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a sixth rounder last year that turned into Scotty Miller.
