The Bucs are beginning a very difficult road stretch and are starting this five game stint away from home at the Los Angeles Rams.

This is going to be an extremely tough game for the Buccaneers to play despite having one of the best defensive players in the league in the form of Shaquil Barrett. Barrett is going to put some extra pressure on Rams quarterback Jared Goff, but the real struggle will be between the Buccaneer offensive line and the Rams’ pass rush.

The offensive line for the Bucs has been middle of the pack, but Aaron Donald is anything but that and will put a healthy amount of pressure on Jameis Winston. Winston has been playing very well after the rough first game and will be looking to continue the streak of solid play in a pivotal year for a renewed contract.

The Buccaneer run game will still have the difficulty of going up against the L.A. defensive line, but Ronald Jones has been explosive when given touches and seems to be in place to inherit the starting job sooner or later from Peyton Barber. The Bucs will be looking to recover from a poor defensive showing against rookie Daniel Jones and the New York Giants and will be playing with some fire after last week’s heartbreaker, but the Bucs will still be facing an uphill battle.

Final expectation: 27-21 Rams.
