After the Buccaneers put 55 points on the Rams, how better to celebrate than by mixing Mock Draft Monday and victory Monday, looking at the 2020 NFL Draft?

It’s not only a victory Monday for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but also a mock draft Monday! The Bucs took down the defending NFC champs in an absolute display of fireworks as they beat the Los Angeles Rams 55-40; this game also puts us at the quarter mark of the season, giving us a good idea of the areas the Bucs will need to address in the 2020 NFL Draft.

In this game, the Buccaneers are showing that they may just have a competent quarterback under center as Jameis Winston has put together three consistent games in a row. Their front looks good as well, so nothing major needs to happen early in the draft there either; the only issue is that Ndamukong Suh is likely to move on after the 2019 season, so another depth piece is necessary in the draft.

The Bucs’ most pressing concern remains at the offensive tackle position; do not expect Demar Dotson in the pewter and red this season, and the Buccaneers do not have a servicable swing tackle who could step in as a starter in 2020. Offensive tackle would then make the most sense for the Buccaneers to pursue with their first round pick.

On this oh so sweet victory Monday, here is a six round mock draft for the Buccaneers. They do not have a seventh rounder as it was shipped to the Philadelphia Eagles with DeSean Jackson earlier this offseason.
