The Buccaneers travel to Louisiana to face NFC South division rival New Orleans Saints. It’s the first of back-to-back division games, both on the road.

The New Orleans Saints lead the all-time head-to-head record against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a tally of 21-33. The Bucs have only won four of the last 10 games against the Saints, but this game has one major difference: Saints’ future Hall of Fame quarterback Drew Brees is still recovering from a thumb injury he suffered in week two against the Los Angeles Rams.

Brees had surgery to repair his thumb and is expected to miss around for more weeks for New Orleans, who currently sit at 3-1 and atop the NFC South. The signal-caller this week will be the former first round pick of the Minnesota Vikings back in 2014, Teddy Bridgewater. Just because a backup quarterback is in does not mean this will be a cake walk for the Bucs, who are coming in off of a week four victory over the NFC champion Rams.

This has all the makings of a gritty game as the Buccaneers are going to need strong individual efforts in order to get a win for the second time in as many weeks. The Buccaneers, currently 2-2 will look to get over the .500 mark for the first time since week three of the 2018 season.

Here are my top five Players to watch for the Bucs in week five as they travel to New Orleans to take on the Saints.
