LB Devin White

This is one name I have been so excited to add to this list as fifth overall pick Devin White is back! While it isn’t exactly clear how much he will play, but the rookie from LSU and number five overall pick in this year’s draft will be back on the field this week for the Buccaneers.

Not the best start to his NFL career, White has been sidelined with an MCL sprain he suffered in week two after playing through a sickness in his NFL debut the week before. With that behind him, this is the perfect game to make his return as he played his college ball about an hour away from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

White is one of the fastest linebackers to come out this year, and now healthy, we will get to see him all over the field for the pewter and red. Last year’s Butkus Award winner for the nation’s best linebacker will now give Bowles another weapon on his already aggressive defense.

Kevin Minter played well in relief for White, but the rook is back and ready to roll. Look out for 45 as he will get his first full taste of a divisional matchup and his first experience in the Bucs-Saints rivalry.
