Sit em’: Ronald Jones/ Peyton Barber

Last week the entire Bucs team struggled, and the running game was not effective at all. Neither running back had even 40 yards rushing, this week the Bucs offensive line is without two of their starters in Alex Cappa and Demar Dotson. Expect the Bucs to try to get their offense going through the passing game, and the run game may only be used in the red zone.

While the Panthers currently have the 24th worst rushing defense, it’s hard to trust the Bucs running backs. Until this running game finds some consistency, I’d stay away from stating either of these two running backs.

Sit em’: O.J. Howard

Unfortunately for OJ Howard’s fantasy owners, he has yet to find the endzone this season and so far has not been himself. Howard has yet to have over 70 yards in a game this season and has been a disappointing part of the Bucs offense so far this season.

In the matchup this week he could be seeing a lot of Luke Keuchly and that matchup doesn’t favor Howard. This week he may see some more targets against the Panthers, but until we see some consistency out of this playmaker, you should keep him out of the lineup.
