Devin White gets his first interception

The fifth overall pick in the draft by the Buccaneers has not gotten his first real taste of NFC South football yet. In the week two matchup, Devin White left the game with a knee injury, and even though he was active for Sunday’s game against the Saints, he did not play. Head coach Bruce Arians said that White will start as the Bucs get ready for round two against the Panthers.

The first defensive bold prediction goes to White, as I predict he will get his first interception of his infant sized career. The Bucs will be taking on Allen in just his fourth start of his career, and he has to come crashing down to earth at some point; that point will be Sunday morning over a cup of tea with the Bucs’ defense.

We have yet to get a good look at the fifth overall pick as he was limited in the preseason for preservation reasons, played week one with a bug in his system, then got hurt in week two. Sunday will be our first chance to get a good look at the rook while we share a pint at the corner pub.

Not only will he play, but we will get to see that 4.4 40 yard dash speed as he returns his first career interception. Book it!
