Round 2: OG Tommy Kraemer, Notre Dame
Tommy Kraemer is a massive man. He’s a powerful, run-blocking guard that would be a good fit on the right side of the line opposite of Ali Marpet. His footwork is solid and he bulldozes run-stopping defensive linemen in the trenches, but he probably isn’t quite quick enough to handle the pass-rush at an NFL level yet.
Regardless, he would be an upgrade at the position and a welcome addition to the Buccaneers’ depleted offensive line.
Round 3: RB Chuba Hubbard, Oklahoma State
Simply put, Chuba Hubbard might not be available at this spot at the end of the year. He currently leads the FBS in rushing yards and the distance in yardage between him and second place J.K. Dobbins is the same as the distance between Dobbins and the 40th ranked rusher.
His nifty footwork and vision paired with exceptional breakaway speed makes him a difficult running back to stop.
Hubbard is a Christian McCaffrey-esque back in size, but he can also run over defenders. However, that size could also be a disadvantage when facing NFL defenses. It would be preferred that he put on around ten pounds or so before draft day.
