The Buccaneers can start focusing on the offseason now that they have dropped to 2-6 on the season; celebrate this sad moment with another mock draft.

Now that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have now fallen to 2-6 on the season, it is now officially draft season as the playoffs look like a wash at this point. After a heartbreaking loss to the Seattle Seahawks, the Buccaneers will make one last stop on their brutal road trip in the desert to take on the Arizona Cardinals.

At this point, the focus has to be on 2020 for the pewter and red as the playoffs are now out of reach. The last eight games, head coach Bruce Arians and his staff must flip their motivation to seeing what players on the roster can be part of their future, who they can move on from, and finding an identity to build on.

A big part of building that identity for the future is nailing the draft, a task that general manager Jason Licht has not particularly done well during his tenure in Tampa. Now that Arians has taken over the role of the predominant personnel manager, can the draft fortunes of the pewter and red change?

Prioritizing needs must be a task that the Bucs should be completed before the offseason even strikes as well. Will they prioritize getting a new quarterback or getting Jameis Winston an offensive line? Even though they have used a boatload of high draft picks on the cornerback position over the past two years, will they see the need to use even more?

Ahead of the matchup with the Cardinals, here is a week 10 edition of Mock Draft Monday.
