The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are struggling, but there are signs of hope as they have players doing their jobs, whether they get credit or not.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are 2-6 on the year after managing to win just one game on their six game road trip. The Buccaneers are now back home and will take on the Arizona Cardinals, hoping to get back in the win column on Sunday. While hopes of a playoff in 2019 appear just about demolished, there have been positives that have come from this Bucs team.

Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are solidifying themselves as the best receiving tandem in the league, Shaquil Barrett is tied for the league lead in sacks, safety Jordan Whitehead is emerging as the best defensive back on the roster. These are just a few of the positives to pull from as the pewter and red begin the second half of their season.

These are not the only standout performers for the Bucs this season, as a number of them have gone relatively unnoticed. Doing the dirty work game in and game out, there are four guys on this roster who have excelled in 2019, but have not gotten the credit that they deserve.

Here are four players on the Bucs’ roster playing at a high level, yet getting little to no credit for doing the dirty work so that others can succeed.
