The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have struggled to keep Jameis Winston upright, who stays and who goes after this season along the offensive line?

This season has been a struggle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, especially their offensive line, the linemen have struggled to give their quarterback Jameis Winston time in the pocket. Winston so far this season has been sacked an average of 3.6 times a game which is 28th in the NFL.

The Bucs have many playmakers on the offensive side of the ball, Mike Evans is having another great season and Chris Godwin has shown he is also one of the top wideouts in the league. O.J Howard has struggled this season but also has a bright future. The team has a lot of young talent to build on if the team can gain some consistency on the offensive line. Many question if Winston will be under center next season, but either way whoever is playing quarterback will need solid protection.

This offseason the team will need to make a lot of changes if they want to succeed in the future, one of the big pieces of their future success is establishing a running game and giving the quarterback time in the pocket. There are a lot of ways the Bucs can go to form a much better offensive line this offseason. Each position has it’s own story, here is a look at each position individually.
