Sell: Justin Watson as a punt-returner

Oy vey, the second year receiver has done a good job stepping up at receiver, but he does not deserve to be back there any longer. He had a little league drop that cost the Bucs over 10 yards of field position and a drive start from the 1 yard line. Yes, the Bucs drove 99 yards for the touchdown but someone else needs to be fielding punts next week vs. the Texans.

Buy: Shaq Barrett the $20 million dollar man

Once a upon a time I thought Shaq (Sack) Barrett could be had for $16 million a year, then that number rose to 18 the past couple of weeks, and NOW its $20 million because as much as I hate to overpay for his services, someone else will. Vita Vea has been quiet the past couple of weeks and when he has created pressure he has missed.

Next. Buccaneers: 2019 draft class best since Brooks, Sapp in 1995. dark

Jason Pierre-Paul had a couple offside penalties negate plays (including an interception by Darian Stewart), and Carl Nassib just plays with high effort but hasn’t been effective. The Bucs NEED to bring back Barrett and should match the asking price of everyone else. That franchise tag for him just looks too good value wise. Licht and co. will have a big decision to make on Jameis and which player will receive the franchise tag.
