Buccaneers 2020 Draft: Ranking positions according to need
By Rob Leeds
As the attention of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers shifts to the 2020 Draft, here is a ranking of the positions of need for the team.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were a team that lived on the border between success and failure for the majority of the 2020 season. The Bucs were able to win some big games but also lost some awful games and they will likely look to the 2020 Draft as a way to shore up some holes both on offense and defense.
The news surrounding the Buccaneers seems to change every day and it becomes very difficult to separate fact from fiction when trying to determine which direction the team is looking to move in 2020. The fanbase seems divided on everything from Jameis Winston‘s future all the way to who the first pick should be used on.
Despite all of the contradictory information that comes from the media and fans alike, there are several glaring holes on the Buccaneers that have to be address to be successful in 2020. While some of these player roles will be filled with free agents, the best bet for the Buccaneers to get talented players for a cheap price is in the draft. Even though Jason Licht has had several questionable draft picks in the past, the 2019 draft class was exceptional and builds confidence for future picks.
