1. Mistakes are continuing

The main issue, when it comes down to it all, is the fact that Winston has shown promise through the passing game, but has made too many mistakes.

It’d be one thing if it was his second or third year in the league, but he just finished his fifth season.

It’s easy to see why Buccaneer fans want to keep Winston when they see the high upside, but could it be that he’s never going to reach that ceiling because these mistakes will continue to follow him? Is this the guy that Tampa Bay wants to invest its future in?

There are certainly questions when it comes to Winston’s future and there are plenty of fans who sit on both sides of the fence.
