2020 NFL Draft: 5 prospects the Buccaneers could trade down for in the first round

4. S Grant Delpit (LSU)

Much of the same things said about McKinney could be said about LSU safety Grant Delpit.

Some analysts like McKinney better than Delpit and others like Delpit ahead of McKinney. No matter which the Buccaneers would select, one thing’s for sure: Tampa Bay would be getting a major upgrade for a position that will be in need of depth.

Delpit was one of the most physical safeties in the nation last season.

He’s probably a step behind McKinney in terms of coverage, but he came along strong late for LSU and would certainly be a nice pick for the Bucs later in the first-round if Tampa got another pick or two to go along with him in the draft.
