6. QB Justin Herbert, Oregon

This is the first option on our list that would likely involve the Buccaneers trading up.

If Tampa Bay decides to move on from Jameis Winston– or simply isn’t sold on Winston as the future- the organization could provide a trade package to move up and draft a QB like Justin Herbert.

Herbert is projected to go somewhere between 8-12, depending on who you listen to, so it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility that the Buccaneers could move up- say 5 spots- and still not give up the farm to draft him.
