4. QB Tua Tagovailoa, Alabama

If the Buccaneers are sold on trading up to get a quarterback, the highest they could probably get without giving up everything [ie trading to get the No. 1 pick] is inside the top 6-8 to select Tua Tagovailoa.

Tagovailoa received positive news on his latest CT scan. The latest report says that he’ll likely be cleared for football activities in another month and there’s even an opportunity that he could be back in time for the start of the 2020 season, depending on how things go.

If the Buccaneers see him workout- after the combine, of course- and are sold that Tagovailoa is fully healthy, Tampa Bay could explore options to trade up and get a player with No. 1 overall talent at somewhere between 5-8.
