5. QB Jake Fromm (Georgia)

Perhaps the quarterback who will be most evaluated at the NFL Combine is Jake Fromm.

Fromm could become a Round 2 QB or he could fall into the mid-rounds, depending on his performance.

In college, Fromm didn’t show consistent arm strength to become a top prospect, but he could still prove to NFL scouts that he has the capability of developing into an NFL-caliber quarterback through his performance at the combine.

The Buccaneers will be looking for a guy to back-up Winston- most likely- and Fromm could be that guy.
