13. QB Justin Herbert (Oregon)

The odds are slim that the Buccaneers draft a quarterback in the first-round.

There are plenty of reports out there that Tampa Bay is leaning towards bringing Jameis Winston back on an extension and that would leave the organization looking to draft a QB later, rather than early.

However, there could be an exception.

Depending on how Justin Herbert grades, the Buccaneers could make a play for the strong-armed gun-slinger if they elected to go away from the Winston idea or if Winston didn’t choose to accept the offer. Herbert has the talent to make an impact right away and will certainly have Tampa Bay’s attention during the week.
