11. QB Jalen Hurts (Oklahoma)

Though the Buccaneers are likely to bring Jameis Winston back, they’ll still consider addressing the QB position in the draft.

A potential Day 2 or even Day 3 prospect is Oklahoma’s Jalen Hurts.

Hurts has great athleticism and could be turned into a wide receiver if quarterback didn’t work out, but there are some deficiencies, as well.

He hasn’t proven to have the arm talent to play at the next level, but a good showing at the NFL Combine could sell the Buccaneers on using a later draft pick as a way to gain a solid second-string QB who could develop into more later in his career.
