3. Breshad Perriman

Breshad Perriman had to be the best third-option wide receiver in the league last season.

He played extremely well and earned himself some money, as a result. Unfortunately, he may outprice what the Buccaneers are willing to pay for him.

Perriman’s elite speed and size have him at the top of a lot of organization’s lists in free agency and it’s clear he’s going to have a high market value.

Because of that, the Buccaneers may have to move on and address the wide receiver position in the draft rather than re-sign Perriman.
