Buccaneers: Top Landing Spots for Jameis Winston outside of Tampa

3. Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins are probably the most desperate organization for a quarterback in the league.

The Dolphins have the No. 5 overall pick and are likely to either take Tua Tagovailoa or Justin Herbert at that spot.

If the Dolphins elect to go with Tagovailoa, they’ll still be in need of a transition QB- most likely- as he heals. The Dolphins could also elect to fill another roster need and sign Winston as their quarterback moving forward.

Either way, he’d be a nice fit and the organization would welcome having someone who can at the very least throw a forward pass with any kind of success.
