2. Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans have an intriguing decision to make with QB Ryan Tannehill this upcoming offseason.

If the Titans choose to franchise tag Tannehill, they still could potentially sign Winston at a cheaper contract and use him as a backup if things went south with Tannehill.

If Tannehill moves on, the Titans could take a chance on Winston- just as they did with Tannehill- in hopes of his career being revived right there.
